If you can’t find your student loan servicer to sync via Plaid, not to worry! You can opt to upload your payment documents to verify your payments towards your student loans.
To do so, you’ll select “I can’t sync my loan” on the main screen to be taken to the document upload screen. From there, you’ll be able to upload and submit documents for review. The Summer team will reach out if we need any additional information.
