The documents you upload to verify your student loan payments must include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your loan servicer’s name
- Your payment history, including payment date and amount
You can use a student loan statement, your payment history or any other document that shows all the information above. You may upload multiple documents to verify multiple months’ payments. See specific information below on how to find your payment documents based on your servicer.
Aidvantage
- Log in to your Aidvantage account
- From the menu, select Account History
- Adjust the date range from the drop-down menu, if necessary
- Upload to Summer for approval
MOHELA
- Log in to your MOHELA account
- Download statements for each payment you’d like to verify
- Note: Your current MOHELA statement will verify your previous payment
- Upload to Summer for approval

Nelnet
- Log in to your Nelnet account
- From the menu, select Documents → Statements
- Download statements for each payment you’d like to verify
- Note: Your current Nelnet statement will verify your previous payment
- Upload to Summer for approval
